Direct Response Security Systems Ltd purchased a new Infotec Colour copier from us in April 2005.
SBS contacted us in April 2005 to offer us a free evaluation of our Printing Expenses. We went through the running costs of the machines we have used happily for some time now. I was shocked to learn that hat we once thought to be cost effective way of operating was in fact swallowing up funds which could be better put to use elsewhere! We took out finance agreement for our new muliti-functional device and a service contract giving us very low running costs and the peace of mind if the machine did falter. We are extremely pleased with the new machine SBS supplied us with, not only does it operate quicker than our previous equipment but it works out much more cost effective too. SBS now supply hardware and consumables to every branch of ours and we are very happy with the service they provide.

Stamford Homes Purchased a New Xerox Docucolour 3535 Colour Photocopier and two Infotec IS2145 B/W multifunctional Photocopiers from us in June 2005
Stamford Homes moved away from our existing Photocopier supplier to SBS in June 2005 and purchased one large colour Photocopier along with two large Black and White machines. We found that SBS were very professional and efficient. They removed our old equipment and installed the new. The Colour machine is much faster than our previous and the quality is excellent, the black and white machines are very quick and easily cope with our workload which is ever growing. Along with this, SBS have reduced our Lease costs by around 20% and our service costs by nearly 50%. We are extremely satisfied with our new equipment and have recommended SBS to other companies in our profession.

Staffordshire business Systems Ltd (SBS) have been our Photocopier supplier for many years, they have always provided us with excellent service, we recently replaced our Xerox Machine with a new Infotec Model which we find more economical and a lot more reliable.
